The apartments were exactly like the photos, large airy warm, well equipped washer, dishwasher hairdryer tv, Netflix (own account) WiFi, really comfy close to the city, less than a 10 minute walk. Definitely 5 star and definitely worth the money

The apartment was clean and a short walk to Old Krakow. The Galleria was great to see families enjoying a nice summer night. The store was only a block away to pick up groceries and the coffee at the place below was very good. The receptionist in the office was friendly and very helpful.

My only issue was check out times. We went in a trip and was picked up at 6:30 am and wouldn't be back in time fir check out so we had to check out at 6 am even though we'd only got here and checked in at 10:30 so we didn't have anywhere to come back and chill which made our day very long.
